Wasted! The Story of Food Waste

Chef Anthony Bourdain, and other celebrity chefs, help solve the problem of food waste as one-third of all food grown for human consumption ends up as garbage. The film is followed by a panel discussion and a mixer. We hope you’ll stay and discuss the film with local experts.
