WHERE IS THE STUDIO THEATRE?

The Studio theatre is located at 63 Gore St E Unit 2 facing the Crystal Palace. Access is just off Gore St on Colbourne, (behind Kelly’s Flowers) in downtown Perth. You can’t miss our black awnings.

WHERE CAN I FIND PARKING NEAR THE THEATRE?

A Green P Parking lot is right between our door and the Crystal Palace. It is metered but is available for free after 6PM. Because Perth wants you to enjoy its downtown area, you will get two hours of on-street parking completely FREE within the downtown core. If you are planning to stay more than two hours there are two additional Green P lots close to us just off Harriott Street across from and beside Perth Union Library.

WHEN DO DOORS OPEN?

Our Lobby doors will be open one hour prior to any performance and the theatre usually opens half an hour before curtain time. Please plan to arrive no later than 5 minutes before the show starts so that you have time to make your way to your seat.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

There is no dress code at Studio Theatre. Please dress with your own style and comfort in mind.

IS PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY PERMITTED?

Photography/videography is not permitted during performances. You may, however, take photos at pre-show, intermission or post-show.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT WASHROOMS?

Washrooms are available on each floor of the theatre and ground floor washrooms are each equipped with an accessible stall.

WHAT PROVISIONS ARE THERE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Our theatre is accessible by both stairs and elevator. Wheelchair seating must be booked through the Box Office. If you require wheelchair seating and have not yet notified us, please call 613-267-7469 or email boxoffice@studiotheatreperth.com.

We also provide hearing assist devices for those with hearing challenges.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO A PERFORMANCE?

Our performances are mostly family friendly. If however, if there are content warnings they will be posted on the web page pertaining to the specific show. If you are unsure, please contact our Box Office by email or phone.

HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can purchase tickets online by clicking on any of our play and event links. Studio Theatre Productions uses ticketsplease.ca as their ticketing agent and also offers ticket sales at the theatre box office one hour prior to performance start. Events brought to us by outside promotors may have other ticketing options i.e. (eventbrite), please check the shows details.

What’s On

MAY I RETURN MY STUDIO THEATRE PLAY TICKET FOR A FUTURE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS FOR ANOTHER PERFORMANCE?

Yes, please call the Box Office at 519-672-7469.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN CANCELLED?

On very rare occasions a performance may be cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, notices will be placed on our website and social media and our Box Office representatives will contact each ticket holder to arrange for an alternate performance date.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR SALE?

Yes, gift certificates are available in any denomination for purchase from the Box Office. Gift certificates can be redeemed towards our Studio Theatre individual tickets, season play passes and concession items.

I LOST SOMETHING AT THE THEATRE. IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND DEPARTMENT?
