Troupe Bio: Since forming in 2018, the Rougettes have been burning up stages with their fun, high energy group routines under the creative direction of Randi Rouge. The Rougettes have brought their special brand of sweetness and sass to performances at the Vermont Burlesque Festival, the Ottawa International Burlesque Festival, and many other shows in their hometown of Ottawa, ON. The chemistry between these babes is undeniable and you’ll feel the rush when they paint the stage rouge!
About Rouge Light District: Staged annually at the anniversary of our founding, Rouge Light District is the signature production of the Rougettes burlesque troupe. Rouge Light District takes its audience on a journey through the individual styles of each troupe member, while incorporating the group performance elements the troupe is best known for.
About Viva van Diva: Viva van Diva is an accomplished burlesque performer, producer, and instructor, with an extensive background in business and event management. Viva is the captain of the Rougettes burlesque troupe, producer of Rouge Light District, co-producer of Dangerous Curves Burlesque and Black Cat Cabaret, and an instructor at Rouge Studio of Dance Ottawa.
