Some background info:

Linden Housing Co-operative is a citizen led initiative that has been 2 years in the making.

It started with The Table obtaining a grant from PDCF to offer information sessions on affordable housing solutions for the community.
Out of this, a passionate board was created and momentum gathered to pursue this dream.
The federal government is offering a funding stream specifically for co-operative housing and we latched on.
Linden connected with an incredible expert who is our project manager, Lindsay Blair of 2B Developments.
They have worked tirelessly for Linden to become a reality, and together we are making it so.
The Town of Perth council and mayor unanimously supported Linden’s request for a zoning amendment to build a multiplex development for the greater good of our community.

September 15, 2024 our (super intense) application will be submitted with a request for $10 Million dollars to develop one of the first rural cooperative housing developments.

This musical fundraiser “Songs for Stability” will 100% go toward this non-profit initiative and help benefit the soft costs we have to bring this unfathomable feat about.

Songs for Stability is sponsored by Perth Brewery, Top Shelf Distillers and Artizen Kombucha.

There will also be incredible raffle baskets available. These baskets will be full of goodies from local businesses.

Thank you for your consideration and I sincerely hope to see you at the show!
