Box Office Information 

The Box Office is open one hour prior to all Studio Theatre Productions when tickets will be available for other upcoming productions - cash or cheque payments only.                                        

 For purchase outside of Box Office hours or for credit card purchases, please visit Tickets Please, 39 Foster Street, Perth, or call 613-485-6434 or go online at www.ticketsplease.ca .  A convenience fee applies.

The Box Office telephone is (613) 267-SHOW (7469) This line will be answered during box office hours. Otherwise, kindly leave a message and you will be contacted within 24 hours. 

Please note all evening performances start at 8:00pm and matinees at 2:00pm

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of entertainment! Did you know that we have Gift Certificates available for tickets to our regular season plays? They’re the perfect gift for everyone on your list!

Certificates are available for any number of tickets at a cost of $20 per ticket. They can be redeemed for any performance in our regular live theatre season at the box office before the performance – no need to reserve in advance, and unused amounts can be carried over for other plays.

Tickets for concerts or other theatre rentals are available at the Promoters’ choice of ticket sellers. Please see performance details and ticket outlet information for concerts and events on the Promoters’ posters and under “What’s On”.

Refund Policies

No person shall be admitted to a performance without a ticket. The date indicated on the stub is the only date that the ticket will be honoured.

STP play tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same play only, up until one day prior to the date on the front of the ticket. (subject to availability) 

Etiquette

Latecomers: The theatre doors are closed once the performance starts. Late arrivals will be seated at an appropriate time in a seat that does not disturb other patrons. At intermission you may choose to move to a different seat.

Food and drink are permitted in the theatre. We do ask you to open any pop cans or other noisy treats prior to the performance and dispose of your trash in the appropriate garbage and recycling boxes in the snack bar lobby when leaving the theatre.

Pagers and cell phones must be turned off or placed in vibration mode during the performance. Please remain quiet throughout the performance so as not to disturb other patrons or distract the performers.

No sound recording, photography, or videotaping of the performance is permitted.
